Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to process returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom Orders: Any items that have been custom-made or personalized.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return Shipping: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. If you received a discount or promotional offer at the time of purchase, the refund will reflect the discounted price.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@interiorsland.com with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
